Susan established Q Strategies in 2003 after work in broadcast journalism in Perth & London and marketing communications roles in the corporate, arts and luxury hotel sector including the Melbourne Symphony Orchestra and opening Westin Hotels in Australia.
With Susan at the helm, Q has earned a reputation as specialists in the lifestyle arena called on to help launch and reposition businesses, influence travel and hospitality trends and manage media, profiles and reputations for start ups to global brands. Susan’s network, creativity and agile approach to all things communications and working personally with each client has ensured many have remained in the Q portfolio for over a decade.
A regular guest speaker at arts, tourism and business conferences, Susan was also selected for the inaugural Melbourne Tourism Industry Leadership Program and is a mentor for the Australian Marketing Institute.
Camilla’s passion for gastronomy took her to Paris to start a career as a Pastry Chef before returning to Australia to follow more marketing focused pursuits in the hospitality, major events, sports and healthcare sector.
Now an experienced project and campaign manager, Camilla’s roles at Peter Rowland Catering, Swimming Australia and Austin Health has armed her with expertise in digital marketing, content creation, social media communities, event co-ordination and brand partnerships. To add to her communications repertoire, Camilla has recently completed a Graphic Design Certificate III at the renowned Shillington College of Design.
When not working on Q’s latest client campaigns, Camilla strives to keep her fluency in French.
