Q devised and implemented a creative overhaul of 50 year old catering stalwart, Peter Rowland Catering to establish a fresh new image, profile and positioning in an increasingly competitive market.
At a strategic level, Q revitalised marketing and communications planning, created a new brand identity (with our designer in residence Pauline Mosley), updated collateral, website and digital platforms and devised promotional activations at Melbourne’s iconic venues & major events. We then conceived and rolled out ‘PRC Style’ – a series of engaging seasonal ‘digital magazines’ to share the stories of this hospitality maestro in a compelling lifestyle format for regular distribution to e-databases, adaptation to social media and website plus use as a business development tool. And finally, we hosted media, influencers and taste makers at various events to help secure media coverage and third party endorsement of the new positioning.
