LAUNCHING A NOT SO TRADITIONAL HOTEL RESTAURANT & BAR
Q partnered with Next Hotel Melbourne and chefs Danny Natoli & Adrian Li to help launch a far from traditional hotel restaurant and bar.
From creating a brand identity (with our designer in residence Pauline Mosley), managing photography, website and menu design, Q also devised a series of PR launch events for La Madonna Restaurant & Bar as well as the hotel-first barrel ageing program for spirits and cocktails housed within the Barrel Room. Influencer engagement, social media management, collaborations with the Melbourne Food & Wine Festival and securing a series of reviews, news items, chef interviews and mentions across key digital outlets, press and magazines helped successfully position La Madonna as a must-do new dining and drinking destination in the city. Q continues to represent the not-so-traditional hotel restaurant and bar, which has also been awarded a coveted Chef’s Hat in the Good Food Guide.
