Q was appointed to direct the Launch PR & Communications strategy for InterContinental Sorrento Mornington Peninsula (opened Aug 22). As an integral part of the opening team, Q advised on brand positioning for this unique new luxury property within a restored 18th century landmark and devised a ‘seaside glamour reinvented’ campaign to underpin all marketing activities.

With discerning travellers in mind, we delivered a PR campaign generating national and international media coverage across trade, lifestyle, art and consumer media in upscale press, magazine, broadcast and digital channels; secured a media familiarisation program, created a series of stakeholder and media activities, as well as work with Tourism Australia and Tourism Victoria to promote this new tourism asset.  Q also directed visual communications and brand materials, managing hotel photography, videography and collateral design to underpin the launch of this global hotel brand within a regional seaside setting.
