OPENING AN INTERNATIONAL HOTEL.
Q devised and delivered a hotel opening Communications plan to launch Sheraton Four Points Docklands – a brand new Melbourne property for the international Marriott Group.
From engaging various tourism and government stakeholders and creating local partnerships, to creating a digital presence with website, photography and social media, Q managed various activities to have the property ‘launch ready’. A PR program to deliver Melbourne media coverage in TV, online, radio and press as well as national outlets, developing a digital influencers ‘stay and play’ program of famils as well as creating a launch event to celebrate the official opening with owners, local dignitaries and the Marriott Group helped put the hotel on the map and generate strong first year occupancy.
