SHARING TALENT FOR A CAUSE.

Hop for Hope was an artful charity project where 40 artists painted 40 kangaroos to create the country’s largest family friendly art exhibition – all to raise funds for The Alannah and Madeline Foundation.

Entrepreneurs Ian & Leanne Neeland conceived the concept and commissioned Australian artists and identities such as David Bromley, Rowena Martinson, Michael Leunig, Chrissie Swan, Miguel Maestre and Melissa Doyle to share their talents and paint life-sized kangaroo sculptures to showcase at an outdoor exhibition in their Yarra Valley Chocolaterie property. Visitors could vote for their favourite and an online auction was at the centre of the fundraising efforts.

Q partnered with the Chocolaterie and AMF to deliver the PR & Promotion strategy for the fundraising exhibition & auction, creating digital platforms, promotional collateral, a photo shoot, dedicated social media, exhibition launch event and media photo calls – naturally as a donation to this worthy cause. The project raised over $500,000 for The Alannah and Madeline Foundation.
